摘要
通过"说话"让女性说出自己的生命故事,从而表现出有别于男性的"我们"的观点,对重新构建其性别角色具有重要的意义。对三位女性的深度访谈与相关文件分析发现,初任母职是一个渐进、学习、适应和改变的历程,同时在这一过程中社会支持将有助于新手妈妈们母职实践的顺利进行。在母职角色的学习和适应上,呈现出新手妈妈与其母亲之间存在较强的代际传承现象,同时她们亦有向他人倾诉和分享经验的强烈需求。
In this study, through the in-depth interviews of three women and the analysis of related documents, it is discovered that motherhood is a course of progression, learning, adaptation and change. During this process, social support will contribute to the smooth progress of new mothers in the practice of motherhood. On the role of learning and adaptation during motherhood, research shows there is a strong intergenerational transmission phenomenon between new mothers and their own mothers. In the meantime, they also have a strong desire to talk to others and share their experiences.
