川西中浅层气藏千米水平段一趟钻关键技术 被引量:2

Key Technologies of One-trip Drilling Application in Kilometric Horizontal Section for Middle-shallow Gas Reservoir Development in Western Sichuan

摘要 针对川西油田水平井机械钻速低、起下钻频繁和钻井周期长的问题,在底部钻具组合力学分析的基础上,对水平段稳斜钻具组合进行优选,并提出了以水平段轨迹控制技术、井眼清洁控制技术、PDC钻头优选技术、润滑防塌钻井液技术和无线随钻测量技术为核心的川西中浅层气藏千米水平段一趟钻关键技术。应用一趟钻关键技术在川西地区完成了多口井的施工,与2011年完钻同类型水平井相比,钻井技术指标大幅提升,沙溪庙组水平井在水平段长增加434 m的情况下,钻井周期缩短13.71%,机械钻速提高37.99%;蓬莱镇组水平井钻井周期缩短38.00%,机械钻速提高24.83%。 To address the horizontal well issues in western Sichuan like low ROP , frequent tripping and long drilling period, the BHA for horizontal section hold angle drilling is optimized?The key technologies of one?trip drilling for middle?shallow gas reservoir development, as the horizontal wellbore trajectory control technology, hole cleaning technology, PDC bit optimization, lubricating and anti?collapse drilling fluid technology and wireless MWD technology as the core technologies, is presented?Applications of the one?trip technology in several wells in western Sichuan show a significantly improved drilling index compared with similar horizontal wells drilled in 2011?For Shaximiao formation, the horizontal section has been increased 434 m with shortened drilling period of 13?71% and increased ROP of 37?99 %; For Penglaizhen formation, the horizontal section drilling period has been shortened by 38?00% and the ROP has been increased 24.83%.
