新型密闭循环式气浮装置试验研究

摘要 气浮技术在污水处理方面有着广泛的工业应用,国内大部分传统气浮池由于露天设置会造成二次污染,并且受环境影响处理效果不好。鉴于此,设计了新型密闭循环式气浮装置。该装置的特点在于浮选机密闭,并且通过气液旋流器分离浮选机上方空间内气体及黏附的少量污水,由旋流分离器分离出的气体通过压缩机增压后循环使用,分离后的污染液体回注浮选机内。试验结果表明,装置处理效果稳定,入口含油质量浓度在400 mg/L范围内,除油率稳定保持在85%以上。该装置既保证了污水杂质的高效分离,又实现了整个工艺流程的循环密闭式操作运行,具有结构紧凑、无二次污染、气体接近零损耗、对环境和气候适应性强等优点,也可适用于高温高压场合。 Flotation technology has been widely used in wastewater treatment?Most of domestic conventional flotation tanks may cause secondary pollution due to open?air layout and have no good treatment effect due to envi?ronmental influences?For the reason, a new closed cycle flotation device is designed?The flotator is closed, and gas and a small amount of wastewater adhered in the space above the flotator are separated by using a gas?liquid cy?clone?The gas separated is reutilized after being boosted with a compressor, and the polluted liquid separated is re?injected into the flotator?Test results show that the device provides stable treatment effect?inlet oil concentration re?mains within the range of 400 mg/L and the oil removal rate is maintained above 85%?The device can ensure effi?cient separation of wastewater impurities and achieve cycle closed operation of the whole process?It has advantages such as compact structure, no secondary pollution, near?zero loss of gas and high adaptability to environment and climate, and it is applicable to high temperature and high pressure conditions.
