原油加热炉的盘管设计与适应性分析

摘要 为了研究不同加热炉盘管结构对换热性能的影响,以整体式相变加热炉为研究对象,提出不同管径和管程的设计方案,研究其热力计算过程和换热性能比较方法。分析结果表明,不同结构方案的换热计算是一个热负荷校核过程,根据原油流量和进口温度等已知数据,运用试算法可以确定原油加热温度、热负荷和换热系数;采用?76 mm×6.0 mm的大管径2管2管程结构简单,容易消除污垢,在具有较高换热系数的同时还对流量有很好的适应性,较好地满足了设计要求。 In order to identify effects of different heater coil structures on heat exchange, an integral phase transition heater is studied to put forward designs for different tube diameters and tube passes and methods to com?pare heat calculation and heat exchange?Analysis results show that heat exchange calculation under different struc?ture designs is a heat load check process?Crude oil heating temperature, heat load and heat exchange coefficient can be determined by trial method based on crude oil flow rate, inlet temperature and other known data?Two ?76 mm×6?0 mm tubes and two tube passes are used for the structure, which facilitate impurity removal, provide high heat exchange coefficient and high adaptability to flow rate and meet design requirements.
