摘要
新中国成立初期,为了完成高额生产计划,邮电系统采取了大量歪曲欺骗宣传、强迫摊派的做法,迫使民众订业务,扰民事件层出不穷。1952年11月至1953年4月,在中央督促下,邮政系统内部开展了五个多月的"纠偏"运动。邮电部门发生的严重偏向和错误,特别是强迫命令之风,当时在其他工作部门,特别是直接和群众联系的工作部门也普遍存在,实质上反映了中共在运用革命传统与开展现代化建设之间的历史纠葛。
In the early days of New China, in order to complete the high production plan, the post and telecommunications system made serious bias and errors in the whole country. The post and telecommunications system took the behaviors of distorted deceptive propaganda and compelling apportion, and forced people to order business, so the disturbing events emerged frequently. From November 1952 to April 1953, under the supervision of the central committee, the postal system carried out the "rectification" campaign for five months. The serious bias and errors of the post and telecommunications departments, especially forcing and ordering, were also found in other departments, especially the working departments directly related to the masses, which essentially reflected the dispute between revolutionary tradition and modernization of the CPC.
