摘要
以42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥代替42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥制备密度约200 kg/m3的普硅发泡水泥,研究了Al2(SO4)3、Ca Cl2、三乙醇胺和Na2CO3对其的促凝效果,分析了相关作用机理,最终确定了最佳促凝剂及发泡水泥配合比。结果表明:以2.5%(水泥质量比,下同)Na2CO3+0.04%三乙醇胺组成的复合促凝剂为最适宜促凝剂;普硅发泡水泥的最佳配合比为水泥100 g、水灰比0.45、发泡剂6.5%、2.5%Na2CO3+0.04%三乙醇胺、稳泡剂3.0%、聚羧酸减水剂0.7%、硬脂酸钠2.0%,此时试样密度为204 kg/m3,28d抗折、抗压强度分别为0.22 MPa和0.5 1MPa,导热系数为0.057 W/(m·K),体积吸水率6.6%。
The article describes the preparation of ordinary silicate foam cement with the density of 200 kg/m3 by 42.5R ordinary silicate cement instead of 42.5 rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement, studies the procoagulant effect of Al2(SO4)3, CaCl2, triethanolamine and Na2CO3, analyses the relevant mechanism, and finally determines the optimum mixture ratio of coagulant and foam cement. The test obtains the most suitable coagulant of composite co?agulant consisted of 2.5%Na2CO3 (mass ratio of the cement, the same below) and 0.04%triethanolamine;the opti?mum mixture ratio of the ordinary silicate cement is 100 g cement, water and cement in ratio of 0.45, 6.5%foaming agent, 2.5%Na2CO3 and 0.04%triethanolamine, 3.0%foaming stabilizer, 0.7%polycarboxylate and 2.0%sodi?um stearate. At this time, the sample has the parameters of 204 kg/m3 of density, 28 d of flexural strength and 0.22 MPa and 0.51 MPa of compression strength, 0.057 W/(m·K) of thermal conductivity, and 6.6%of volume water ab?sorption .
