摘要
介绍了YN-1镍系催化剂在新疆独山子天利实业总公司裂解汽油C9+馏分选择加氢装置上的应用,探讨了反应物料在催化剂界面的流动与扩散,分析了反应物中各种高度不饱和双烯烃和共轭二烯芳烃的加氢深度。结果表明,在大氢气量和高循环油的工况下,YN-1催化剂用于胶质质量浓度>100mg/100m L、溴价>100g Br2/100g的C9+馏分原料选择具有优异的加氢活性和稳定性,加氢产品溴价达到了<60g Br2/100g的指标要求。
The application of YN-1 nickel based catalyst on Xinjiang DushanziTianli industrial cooperation's pyrolysis C9+ cut selective hydrogenation unit is introduced. The reaction material flow and diffusion in catalyst interface is discussed,and this catalyst's hydrogenation depth upon various kinds of highly unsaturated diene and styrens type aromatics is also analysed in this paper.The result indicates that YN-1 catalyst shows excellent activity and stability in hydrotreating pyrolysis C9+ cut with gum level >100mg/100mL、bromine number >100Br2/100g,and the product quality meets the specification of < 60 gBr2/100g.
