摘要
针对桩74-1HF井后期供液能力不足的生产情况,分析了油气生产通道堵塞的原因,提出了小修设备钻铣球座的技术方案,分析了钻铣施工的技术难点,设计加工了专用的钻铣工具,优选了耐高温的螺杆钻具,对施工过程进行了分析总结,为胜利油田后期裸眼分段压裂井钻铣球座技术提供了宝贵的经验。
Production capacity of zhuang 74-1Horizontal well is insufficient. This paper analyzed the cause of the production channel blockage. Solution of the current repair equipment drilling and milling ball seat was proposed. The technical difficulties of drilling and milling was analyzed,the special tool of drilling and milling was designed,high temperature resistant screw drill tool was optimized. The construction process were analyzed and summarized,it provides a valuable experience for drilling and milling ball seat technology on Shengli oilfield open hole staged fracturing of horizontal wells.
