摘要
随着低温液化气体需求的日益增加,低温液体罐箱由于其运输灵活,运输成本低等优势,需求量不断增加。罐箱重容比的降低可降低运输成本,达到节能减排的效果,低温液体罐箱的大型化、轻量化有利于降低重容比。在罐箱大型化受到交通运输限制的同时,轻量化更具发展前景。目前,主要的轻量化手段有采用铝合金材料、应变强化技术、高真空多层绝热技术。
With the widespread application of cryogenic liquid gas,the number of cryogenic liquid tank container is increasing because of its flexible transportation and low freight. It is helpful for reducing costs and energy consumption by lowering the ratio of weight to volume,which can be achieved by light-weight and large-scale of tank containers. However,the volume of the tank container is limited by transportation. Thus the light-weight type has much potential for development,which includes choosing aluminium alloy material,using pressure strengthening and high vacuum multi-layer insulation technology.
