J型铺设是目前国际海洋工程界主要的深水海底管道安装方法之一。本文对J型铺管技术进行了较为全面的介绍,内容包括:J型铺管的基本概念和特点、作业流程、铺管设备、安装设计准则等。安装设计准则重点论述了荷载控制条件和位移控制条件的选取,及以外压为主导的压溃、局部屈曲和扩展屈曲等失效极限状态校核方法。

J-type laying,one of the major deep water submarine pipeline installation methods in the world,is introduced in this paper covering its basic concepts and features,operating process,pipe laying equipment,installation design guidelines,etc. The installation design criterion focuses on the selection of load and displacement control conditions,and the failure limit state verification methods which include crushing dominated by external pressure,local and extended buckling.
