摘要
目前电加热器对井口原油加热输送是海洋钻井平台主要的加热方式。但电加热方式能耗巨大,而且这种直接接触的加热方式,容易在电加热棒上积碳和积垢,长时间使用会影响传热效率。如果利用火管式热媒水套炉对海洋井口油水混合物进行间接加热,既可实现对生产介质的恒温加热,克服了加热棒高温加热产生积碳、积垢的现象。又能够节省平台电能的消耗。
At present,the heating and transportation of the electric heater to the wellhead crude oil is the main heating mode of the offshore drilling platform.But electric heating mode of huge energy consumption and the direct contact of the heating mode,easy to in the electric heating rod product carbon and fouling,used for a long time will affect the heat transfer efficiency.If the use of fire tube type heating medium water jacket furnace marine wellhead oil-water mixture are heated indirectly,implementation of production medium constant temperature heating,to overcome the heating rod is heated to a high temperature deposition carbon,the fouling phenomenon.And can save the energy consumption of the platform.
