压电超声与流体激振超声双频叠加在线混合系统研究

摘要 压电超声是将电能通过特殊材料-压电陶瓷及电路转化成声能;流体激振超声是流体流经金属簧片两侧时形成交替正负压,将流体动力能转化为声能,当声能频率达到20kHz时产生超声波.特定的两种不同频率的超声波发生双频叠加后共振效果会有1+1〉2的转化效果[1].该物理现象应用到实际生产当中不但效果明显而且节能效果可达50%左右.将此物理现象应用到稠油混合加药工艺上,装置效果比传统装置提升30%~50%. Piezoelectric ultrasonic can turn electricity into sound energy through a special material,piezoelectric ceramic and circuit,fluid vibration ultrasonic refers to the phenomenon that alternative pressure is formed when fluid flows through both sides of a metal reed,which turn the fluid power into sound energy and the sound energy produce ultrasonic as frequency reaches 20 k Hz.The resonance of two specific frequency ultrasound after superposition of dual-frequency occurred effect of 1 + 1 > 2.The energy consumption can be cut by 50% when the phenomena is used in practices.The performance of heavy oil mixed dosing process rises by 30%-50% when the phenomena is applied to the unit.
