颅内压监测下脑室外引流治疗脑室出血50例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 自发性脑出血致残率、致死率高,预后差。颅内血肿及脑水肿常造成高颅压。在临床中,颅内压(ICP)增高是导致患者病情恶化、预后不良甚至死亡的最重要原因之一,及时了解ICP是治疗的关键。本文总结我院神经外科采用ICP监测下脑室外引流治疗脑室出血的疗效。
