摘要
随着互联网的不断发展,政务微博成为政府管理公共事务不可或缺的手段之一,也为政府危机公关提供了一种新的管理方法。在现实处理危机事件的实践中,政府利用政务微博的方式方法仍然有些不足。根据政务微博的特征,结合政府危机公关的事前、事中、事后管理的三个环节,利用政务微博这一新工具对政府危机公关路径进行探索。
With the development of the Internet, government microblogging becomes one of the indispensable ways to manage government public affairs, also provides a new method for public relation of the government crisis. In the practice of dealing with the crisis event, there are still some shortages when the government uses government microblogging. Combining the characteristics of government microblogging with the three parts of government crisis management, this paper explores the new path for the government crisis management.
