摘要
针对数控设备应用与维护专业培养创新型人才目标和能力要求,根据《数控设备故障诊断与维修》课程定位和特点,从引职业资格能力标准与技能大赛知识入课程、与企业共同开发课程、将课程进行模块化设计和改革考核模式等几个方面的研究与实践出发,重新构建该课程的教学体系,拟定该课程教学内容。最后,通过实施有效的教材开发、建设有针对性的实验实训环境及采用创新的"三三"分段递进教学,使课程改革取得初步成效。
Based on the target and ability requirement of the numerical control equipment application and maintenance as well as the professional cultivation of innovative talents, according to the orientation and features of Numerical Control Equipment Fault Diagnose and Maintenance, it re-establishes the teaching system of this course and determines its teaching content through the research and practice in aspects of introducing the professional ability standard and skills contest knowledge into the course, developing the course with enterprises and conducting the modularized design on the course as well as reforming the test mode. At last, by implementing the effective teaching material development, building the targeted experimental practice condition and applying the innovative “three-to-three” segmented progressive teaching, the course reform obtains the preliminary achievement.
