摘要
大学生健康积极的自我认知是职业生涯规划教育顺利开展的重要前提和基本保障,加强和完善大学生自我认知对大学生职业生涯规划教育具有重要意义。如何提升大学生在职业生涯规划中的自我认知能力成为摆在高校教育工作者面前的一个重要课题,对此从增强大学生自我认识、自我评价能力和水平、构建科学的自我认知模式等方面入手,促成大学生进行自我科学认知,积极寻找未来职业发展方向。
College student’ healthy and positive self-perception is an important prerequisite and basic guarantee for a smooth career planning education. Therefore, strengthening and improving students' self perception have important implications for career planning education and how to improve the ability of self-awareness in career planning has become an important topic for college educators.
