摘要
提出一种不依赖于特定通信介质的冗余通信检测及控制方法,其主要内容是对通信系统数据流进行分析,在接收方和发送方设计统一网络故障机制判断标准。在应用层的报文结构中设计了一种冗余控制数据块,应用程序通过对控制系统中接收和发送模块的冗余控制数据块的分析和处理,实现了系统中用户数据与测试数据生成、冗余发送通道选择、网络状态实时检测、网络切换及系统切换等功能。使用该监测及控制方法的HCM30000系统在溪洛渡-浙西直流输电工程的实验数据表明,该软件控制策略具有成本低、可靠性高、移植方便的特点,对于大型工业控制系统双系统双网络通道的冗余通信管理具有重要的应用价值。
This paper studies a new communication media-independent redundant communication failure detection and switching mechanism. It adopts a unified network failure criterion both on the recipient and sender to analyze the redundant data status data which is encapsulated in the user data telegram, gathers the communication status of the dual channels, and achieves some functions including fault detection, fault diagnosis, network channel switch. The experimental data of HCM30000 system in Xiluodu- Zhexi±800 kV HVDC project shows that the software control strategy has a low cost, high reliability and easy migration characteristics, and it has an important application value for large industrial control system of dual systems and dual network channels redundancy communication management.
