非洲型卡波西肉瘤

African-type Kaposi's sarcoma

报告1例非洲型卡波西肉瘤。患者男,69岁人。双足多发结节斑块,左足跖溃疡伴疼痛瘙痒2年。皮肤科检查:双足多发灰褐色结节,凹凸不平,结节质硬,边界不清,无压痛。皮损组织病理检查:皮下软组织中可见境界清楚的梭形细胞增生性结节,裂隙样血管增生,大量红细胞外溢,并可见淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润。HIV抗体(-)。免疫组化:CD34(+)、CD117(+)、KP-1(+)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病因子(Bcl)-2(+)、Ki-67(>10%+)、波形蛋白(vimentin)(+)及CD31(+)。诊断:非洲型卡波西肉瘤。

A case of Africa-type Kaposi＇s sarcoma is reported. A 69-year-old Sierra Leonian man presented with multiple nodules and plaques on the both feet, and ulcers on the left foot with pain and itching for 2 years. Physical examination re- vealed multiple uneven, hard, gray-brown nodules without tenderness on the both feet, and the borders of the nodules were not clear. Histopathological examination showed the nodules consisted of proliferated spindle cells, borders of the nodules were clear, proliferation of slit-like blood vessels, extravasation of erythrocytes, and infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells were seen. HIV antibody（-）. Immunohistochemistry showed the tumor cells were stained positive for CD34, CDll7, KP-1, Bcl-2, Ki-67（〉10%）, vimentin and CD31（＋）. The diagnosis of African-type Kaposi＇s sarcoma was made.
