维持性血液透析患者血管钙化的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 血管钙化是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者常见的严重并发症之一,也是预测CKD和维持性血液透析(MHD)患者心血管并发症发生及死亡的重要指标。血管钙化分为内膜和中膜钙化两种类型。内膜钙化指弥漫性的动脉粥样硬化,中膜钙化则指发生在血管中膜的局限性钙质沉积,
