摘要
从历次党代会党员人数的变化、党代会时间间隔的变化、党的领袖人物及其交接方式的变化、机构设置的变化、指导思想的变化进行比较分析,揭示中国共产党走向成熟、走向民主、走向现代,向一个成熟的执政党转型的伟大征程。
A comparison of number of participants, time intervals between each congress, change of leaderships, change of institutional settings, and change of guiding ideology in previous national congresses of CPC reveals the great process in which the CPC developed in the direction of maturity, democracy and modernity and became a mature ruling party.
