摘要
采用电导法(EL法)和电阻抗图谱法(EIS法)测定了二倍体和离体加倍获得的四倍体苹果矮化砧木SH40一年生枝条的半致死温度,并对二者的与抗寒性相关的几个生理指标进行了比较。结果表明:四倍体的半致死温度比二倍体高,无论抗寒锻炼前期,还是抗寒锻炼后期,四倍体的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均极显著低于二倍体,苹果矮化砧木SH40染色体加倍后抗寒性降低。
The cold resistance of the diploid and the tetraploid obtained by in vitro chromosome doubling of apple dwarf rootstock SH40 was strdied by electrolyte leakage(EL)and electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and the physiological indexes related to cold resistance were measured.The results showed that the semilethal temperature of tetraploid measured by the two meathods increased and the cold resistance decreased compared with diploid.Meanwhile,the soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch and proline contents related to cold resistance in shoots were lower than those of diploid.
