摘要
为了了解鸡源大肠杆菌河北分离株的耐药情况及流行现状,本研究对其进行耐药性监测,并通过PCR方法测定其质粒不相容群。结果表明,39株大肠杆菌,对喹诺酮类药物耐药严重,其中氧氟沙星(Oxfendanzole,Ofl)最高,为76.9%,加替沙星(Gatifloxacin,Gat)最低,为64.1%;对氨基糖苷类的耐药情况差别较大,其中卡那霉素(Kanamycin,Kan)为100%,而壮观霉素(Spectinomycin,Spe)最低,为30.8%。质粒不相容群分析表明,IncB/O、IncK、IncFIB、IncFrepB、IncI1、IncA/C、IncFIC、IncP、IncN、IncFIA、IncT、IncL/M为阳性,其中前三者的阳性率最高,依次为41.0%,38.5%和25.6%;未检测到IncW、IncY、IncHI1、IncHI2、IncX、IncFIIs的存在,且多重比较显示,保定不同地区的禽源E.coli质粒类型无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
The objective of this study was to characterize the antimicrobial resistance and analysis the plasmid replicon typing of 39 Escherichia coli isolates from broilers of Baoding,Hebei.The results showed that the rates of resistance to quinolones were high,and oxfendanzole(76.9%)was the highest,gatifloxacin(64.1%)was the lowest.As to aminoglycoside,however,the highest was kanamycin(100%),the lowest was spectinomycin(30.8%).All the isolates were evaluated in term of replicon type,the plasmid replicons were identified in 33(94.6%)isolates,IncB/O,IncK,IncFIB,IncFrepB,IncI1,IncA/C,IncFIC,IncP,IncN,IncFIA,IncT and IncL/M were positive,and IncFIB(41.0%),IncB/O(38.5%)and IncK(25.6%)were the most present.IncW,IncY,IncHI1,IncHI2,IncX and IncFIIs were not detected.Fisher's exact tests showed that no significant differences in plasmid replicon typing were observed between the isolates from different sampling locations in Baoding region(P〉0.05).
