洋虫扶正汤联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yangchong Fuzheng Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Metaphase or Advanced Malignant Tumor

目的观察洋虫扶正汤联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法收集2013年3月—2014年3月期间住院的中晚期恶性肿瘤病例70例,治疗组38例,化疗同时给予洋虫扶正汤;对照组32例,根据化疗过程中出现的不良反应对症处理。结果治疗组消化道反应、骨髓抑制及肝功能主要不良反应的发生率及严重程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),生活质量和化疗有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论洋虫扶正汤联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤能明显减轻消化道反应及骨髓抑制等主要不良反应,可显著提高生活质量,增加化疗有效率。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Yangchong Fuzheng decoction combined with chemotherapy on metaphase or advanced malignant tumor. METHODS Seventy cases of patients suffered from metaphase or advanced malignant tumor were collected in March 2013 March 2014. The treatment group including 38 cases were given chemotherapy and Yangchong Fuzhen decoction. While the control group including 32 cases were treated with symptomatic treatment to alleviate adverse reaction when it appeared in course of chemothrapy. RESULTS Compared with control group, the incidence and serious degree of main adverse reaction such as alimentary canal, myelosuppression and liver function in treatment group decreased significantly（P0.05 or P0.01）. The life quality and effective rate of chemotherapy in treatment group were better than control group（P0.05）. CONCLUSION Yangchong Fuzheng decoction can alleviate adverse reaction of chemotherapy markedly, and enhance the life quality and effective rate of chemotherapy.
