摘要
主要介绍了单个车间内最多16套模具温度数据采集监控设计总体实施方案。通过实施,方便可靠地实现了风电叶片固化温度的远程监视;采集数据可以实现实时曲线和历史曲线查看;且具有数据存储功能,方便日后对生产记录数据进行核对,实现记录数据的可追溯性。
This paper mainly introduces the general implementation proposal of temperature data acquisition and monitoring design for maximum 16 moulds in a single workshop. It is convenient and reliable to realize the remote monitoring for wind power blade curing temperature through the implementation. The acquisition data can be viewed as real time curve and history curve. And the data storage function will facilitate the comparison with production record data,for the real time record data is traceable.
