摘要
本文对环境监测综合管理信息系统建设过程中加强监测工作的质量保证和质量控制的环节、措施和作用等方面进行了论述,为今后环境监测机构建立管理信息系统提供参考和借鉴,提高监测数据的准确性和可靠性。
The comprehensive management of environmental monitoring information system construction process to strengthen the monitoring work of quality assurance and quality control links, measures and functions are discussed, and provide the reference for future environmental monitoring institutions to establish management information system, improve the accuracy and reliability of monitoring data.
