摘要 采用超声溶剂萃取和液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(HPLC—ICP—MS)分析技术,测定了生物体中多种有机锡。用流动相作为超声萃取溶剂,沉降、过滤后的上清液,用HPLC—ICP—MS定性定量分析,五种有机锡化合物三甲基氯化锡、二丁基氯化锡、三丁基氯化锡、二苯基氯化锡、三苯基氯化锡作为目标物被测定,并测定了生物样品中五种有机锡的加标回收率均为50%~130%。 The samples were treated by supersonic extraction and analysised by HPLC - ICP - MS. The organotin compounds in organism were determined. The mobile phase of HPLC was used for the solvent of supersonic extraction, the clear supernatant liquid after settlement and fiheration was determinated by HPLC - ICP - MS. At last, the five organotin compounds TMT, DBT, TBT, DPT, TPT were determinated as objection compounds. The recoveries of the five organotin compounds were determinated, they are 50%- 140%.
