摘要
东亚ICT产业生产网络的构建与产品内贸易对中国产生深远影响。从"雁行模式"奠定良好基础、客观因素的促进、政策层面的转变、电子信息产品的发展、跨国公司的推动五个方面阐述东亚生产网络形成的原因,分析东亚ICT产品内贸易影响因素为规模经济、要素差异、地理距离、资本技术差异、外商投资差额、国家平均关税水平等,并从技术效应、就业效应、产业转移效应、要素流动效应等方面对中国ICT产品内贸易的影响效应进行分析。
The construction of ICT industry production networks in East Asia and the products in trade have a far-reaching impact to China.There are five aspects elaborated the formation mechanism of the East Asian production network,i.e.laying sound foundation through ＂Flying-geese Model＂,promoting by objective factors,the changing of the policies,the development of electronic information products,and the promotion of multinational companies.From the aspects of economies of scale,element difference,the difference of geographical distance,capital and technology,the gap with foreign investment and national average tariff level,the influence factors of ICT trade in products to East Asia are analyzed.And the impacts of ICT trade in products on China are studied from the technical effect,employment effect,and industrial transfer effect,element flow effect.
