摘要
以江苏省内高校为研究对象,分析其科技成果转化现状并从创新体系中的政府、企业、高校三个主体出发探讨关键制约因素,并就如何从根本上提高江苏省高校的科技成果转化效率给出有针对性的对策。
Take the colleges in Jiangsu province as objects,the paper first analyzes the present situation and probes into innovation system to find out the key constraints,and last give some targeted suggestions to improve the efficiency of technological achievements in College of Jiangsu province fundamentally.
