针刺联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

Clinical Observation of Seventy-six Cases of Keen Osteoarthritis Treated with Acupuncture and Manipulation

[目的]观察针刺联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组,对照组36例推拿,患者仰卧位,术者沿股四头肌至髌骨两侧施滚法,时间约3min;按揉髌骨周围,时间3min;按揉鹤顶、内外膝眼、梁丘、血海等,每穴1min;按揉股四头肌及膝髌周围,并作拿捏法,时间2min,1次/d。治疗组40例针刺：鹤顶、内外膝眼、阳陵泉、血海、悬钟等;29∽30号2.0寸毫针向内外膝眼穴后内斜刺1.5寸,其他穴位直刺1.5寸,得气后,平补平泻,留针30min,1次/d;推拿治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效10例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率87.5%。对照组痊愈12例,显效5例,有效6例,无效13例,总有效率63.9%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]针刺联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Operation method： regular disinfection, use 29 ∽ 30 2 inch needle to internal and external oblique knee eye point within 1.5 inch, 1.5 inch into other acupoints, acupuncture Deqi, for reinforcing reducing techniques, for 30 min, 1 times /d; the control group treated with massage. Continuous treatment with 10 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 18 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 87.5%. The control group cured 12 cases, markedly effective in 5 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 13 cases, the total efficiency of 63.9%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
