健脾平胃汤治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察健脾平胃汤治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例三九胃泰,20g/次,2次/d。治疗组30例健脾平胃汤(党参、神曲各15g,枳实12g,茯苓、白术、姜半夏、黄芩、柴胡、大枣各10g,甘草、生姜、黄连、延胡索6g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效14例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾平胃汤治疗慢性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Conclusion] Flat stomach and spleen soup treatment of chronic gastritis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
