益气消痞汤治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Group Study of Tang Qi Xiaopi Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

[目的]观察益气消痞汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将106例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分为两组。对照组41例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组65例益气消痞汤(党参20g,黄芪30g,茯苓12g,山药15g,白术12g,白芍30g,降香、厚朴、枳实、佛手、川楝子各10g,旋覆花15g,甘草10g;反酸、口苦加乌贼骨30g,龙骨煅、牡蛎煅各30g;痛甚加延胡索12g,蒲黄10g;纳差加焦三仙各30g;腹胀明显加大腹皮15g,大黄10g;情志波动剧烈加郁金12g,合欢皮15g;脾胃虚寒加吴茱萸、炮姜各10g;胃阴不足加麦冬、玉竹、石斛各10g,太子参30g;久病血瘀加桃仁10g,丹参15g;湿热较重加黄连10g,薏苡仁30g;胃黏膜糜烂或红斑加白及、大黄粉各10g;出血加三七粉10g,白及粉15g;幽门螺杆菌阳性加黄连、蒲公英;合并萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生及异型增生,加三棱、莪术、桃仁),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈41例,显效18例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率96.92%。对照组痊愈11例,显效9例,有效8例,无效13例,总有效率68.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气消痞汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Qi Xiaopi Treated functional dyspepsia. [Methods] Randomized parallel-group method using the 106 cases of outpatients by disease Zhi No. ballot method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. More than 41 cases in the control group domperidone, 10mg/time, 3 times/d. Treated 65 cases of Qi Xiaopi soup（Dangshen 20 g, Huangqi 30 g, Fuling 12 g, Shanyao 15 g, Baizhu12 g, Baishao30 g, Jiangxiang,Houpu,Zhishi,Foshou, Chuanjiezi 10 g, Xuanfuhua15 g,Gancao 10g; acid reflux, pain gav Wuzeigu 30 g, Longgu, Muli each 30g; Tongshen plus Yanhusuo 12 g, Puhuang 10g; anorexia plus Jiaosanxian 30g; abdominal distension plus Dafupi 15 g,Dahuang 10g; Emotional volatility add Yujin 12 g, Hehuanpi 15g; stomach Deficiency plus Wuzhuyu,Paojiang each 10g; stomach yin deficiency Maidong,Yuzhu,Shihu10 g,Taizi shen 30g; bedridden blood stasis plus Taoren 10 g, Danshen15g; severe heat plus Huanglian 10 g, Yiyiren 30g;gastric erosions or erythema plus Baiji, Dahuangfen each 10g; bleeding plus Sanqi powder 10 g, Baiji powder 15g; pylori positive plus Huanglain,Pugongying; merge Atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, plus Sanleng,E＇zhu,Taoren）, a/d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 7d continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom scores, adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 41 cases, 18 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.92%. Cured 11 cases in the control group, effective in 9 cases, 8 cases, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 68.29%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Symptom scores were improved in both groups（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Xiaopi Tang Qi treatment of functional dyspepsia were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
