补肾活血方联合密盖息治疗老年性骨质疏松随机平行对照研究

Random Parallel Control Shudy of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combine with Miacalcic on Senile Osteoporosis

[目的]观察补肾活血方联合密盖息治疗老年性骨质疏松疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组90例密盖息,200IU鼻喷,隔天1次。治疗组90例补肾活血方(补骨脂、淫羊藿各10g,骨碎朴、狗脊、白芍各12g,黄芪15g,丹参12g,郁金15g,当归12g,川芎10g,鸡血藤15g,甘草6g),1剂/d;密盖息治疗同对照组。均连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、股骨大粗隆部骨密度、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效65例,有效20例,无效5例,恶化0例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效50例,有效25例,无效15例,恶化0例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。骨密度两组均有提升(P<0.05),治疗组提升优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾活血方联合密盖息治疗老年性骨质疏松效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combine with Miacalcic on senile osteoporosis. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 180 cases of hospitalized patients by pathography number, the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 90 cases of Miacalcic, 90 i U nasal spray,by the next day once. Treatment group, 90 cases of Bushen Huoxue Recipe（buguzhi 10 g yinyanghuo 10 g gusuipu 12 g gouji 12 g baishao 10 g huangqi 15 g danshen 12 g yujin 15 g dangui 12 g chuanxiong 10 g jixueteng 15 g gancao 6g）, 1 agent/d; Miacalcic treatment is same with the control group. Both treatments are 2 months for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, The femoral greater trochanter density, adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group 65 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, invalid in 5 cases, deteriorating 0 cases, total effective rate was 94.44%. in control group 50 cases had marked effect, 25 effective, and not 15 cases, deteriorating 0 cases, total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Bone mineral density in the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）, treatment group ascension is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Bushen Huoxue Recipe combine with Miacalcic treatment of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combine with Miacalcic on senile osteoporosis is remarkablly effective, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
