舒血宁+维生素C+普罗碘胺+和血明目片治疗外伤性及糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体积血58例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of 58 Cases of Vitreous Hemorrhage Caused by Traumatic and Diabetic Retinopathy Throught Applyjing Shuxuening+Vitamin C+Prolonium Iodide and Hexuemingmupian

摘要[目的]观察舒血宁＋维生素c＋普罗碘胺＋和血明目片治疗外伤性及糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体积血疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法，58例住院患者卧床休息；舒血宁20mL＋0．9％氯化钠250mL，1次／d，静滴；维生素C 2．5＋0．9％氯化钠250mL，1次／d，静滴；普罗碘胺2mL，1次／d，肌注；和血明目片，5片／次，3次／d；糖尿病降糖，空腹血糖控制6～9mm01／L，糖化血红蛋白5％-8％。合并高血压、高血脂等控制血压、血脂等。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治愈33例，好转23例，无效2例，总有效率96．56％。[结论]舒血宁＋维生素c＋普罗碘胺＋和血明目片治疗外伤性及糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体积血，疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

[Objective] To observe effect of treatment of applyjing Shuxuening ＋ Vitamin C ＋ Prolonium iodide and Hexuemingmupian for vitreous hemorrhage caused by traumatic and diabetic retinopathy. [Methods] Using a prospective design method, 58 cases of hospitalized patients with bed rest; Shuxuening 20 m L ＋ 0.9% sodium chloride 250 m L, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion; vitamin C 2.5 ＋ 0.9% sodium chloride 250 m L, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion; prolonium 2m L, 1 times / d, intramuscular injection; and hexuemingmupian, 5 / time, 3 times / d; diabetes glucose, fasting blood glucose： 6 ∽ 9mmol / L, hemoglobin ：5 % to 8%. Hypertension, high cholesterol and other control blood pressure, blood lipids. Continuous treatment for six weeks for a course. To observe clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. After a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 33 cases were cured, improved in 23 cases and2 cases were invalid. The total efficiency is 96.56%. [Discussions] Applying Shuxuening ＋ Vitamin C ＋ Prolonium iodide and Hexuemingmupian to treat vitreous hemorrhage caused by traumatic and diabetic retinopathy, Results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions. it is worth promoting.
