益气软肝汤联合西药治疗乙肝后肝硬化代偿期随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study Parallel Qi Ruangan Soup Combined with Western Treatment of Hepatitis B after Liver Cirrhosis

[目的]观察益气软肝汤联合西药治疗乙肝后肝硬化代偿期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例补充营养物质及热量,静脉输液并保证水电解质平衡;降压药降低门脉压;黄疸药;干扰素抗病毒等。治疗组34例益气软肝汤(党参15g,生大黄、炮山甲、桃仁、地鳖虫、鳖甲各9g,黄芪15g,丹参9g,白术20g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚餐后口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。对照组显效7例,有效17例,无效10例,总有效率70.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。肝功指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气软肝汤联合西药治疗乙肝后肝硬化代偿期疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Qi Ruangan soup combined with Western treatment of hepatitis B after liver cirrhosis efficacy. [Methods]Uses random parallel control method, 68 cases of hospitalized patients simply by flipping a coin law randomized into two groups. 34 cases in the control group add nutrients and calories, intravenous fluids and ensure water and electrolyte balance; antihypertensive drugs to reduce portal pressure; be jaundice drug; interferon antiviral drugs for treatment. Treated 34 cases of liver Qi soft soup（Dangshen 15 g, Shengdahuang, Paoshanjia, Taoren, Dibiechong, Biejia 9g, Huangqi 15 g, Danshen 9g, Baizhu 20g）, 1 a / d, decoction 200 m L, early Dinner after oral administration; Western medicine with the control group. 30 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 20 cases, effective in 13 cases, one case, the total efficiency 97.06%. Seven cases in the control group were markedly effective in 17 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 70.59%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Liver function were improved in both groups（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Qi Ruangan soup combined with Western treatment of hepatitis B with decompensated cirrhosis satisfactory efficacy, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
