浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂等。治疗组36例浴足方（川芎、怀牛膝各30g,钩藤、天麻、夏枯草、肉桂、吴茱萸各10g）,水煎2000m L,待温度（冬季41∽43℃,夏季38∽41℃）,泡脚30min,泡脚后卧床休息,泡脚前后测血压;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、足部皮肤、舒张压、收缩压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率78.13%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.051）。血压指标两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, diastolic, systolic blood pressure, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 28 cases, effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency 94.44%. The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 78.13%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Two sets of blood pressure indicators were improved（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improvement（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yuzu western side of the joint treatment of essential hypertension results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
