益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗热瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Soup Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Angina Pectoris Phlegm Stasis Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗热瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。对照组40例单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,60mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,0.1g/次,1次/d;辛伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d;倍他乐克,100mg/次,2次/d。治疗组40例益气活血通络汤(黄芪30g,丹参、赤芍各20g,全瓜萎15g,红花、桃仁、川芎、当归、青皮、薤白各12g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,3次/d,饭后口服;西药治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、全血黏度(高切)、纤维蛋白原、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率85.00%。对照组显效7例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗热瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Soup combined with Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris phlegm stasis effect. [Method] uses random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients simply by flipping a coin law randomized into two groups. 15 d for a course of continuous treatment. 40 cases in the control group isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets, 60mg/second, 1/d; aspirin, 0.1g/second, 1/d; simvastatin, 10mg/second, 1/d; times his music grams, 100mg/times, 2 times/d. Treatment group, 40 patients Huoxuetongluo Tang Qi（Huangqi 30 g, Danshen,Chishao 20 g, Quangualou 15 g, Ho nghua,Taoren,Chuanxiong,Danggui,Qingpi,Xiebai each 12 g, zhi Gancao 6g）, 1 a / d decoction 200 m L, 3 times/d, oral meal; Western medicine with the control group. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood viscosity（high shear）, fibrinogen, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] treated 12 cases markedly effective in 22 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 85.00%. Seven cases in the control group were markedly effective in 18 cases, 15 cases, the total efficiency 62.50%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Relevant indicators to improve the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Soup combined with Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris phlegm stasis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
