乌贝散联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

Ulcer Randomized Parallel Group Study Hoube Powder Combined Triple Therapy

[目的]观察乌贝散联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组31例泮托拉唑,40mg/次,2次/d;克拉霉素,0.25g/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,0.5g/次,2次/d。治疗组31例乌贝散(三七粉150g,乌贼骨1000g,延胡索300g,浙贝母500g,砂仁300g,木香、枯矾各500g),磨粉,分6g/包,1包/次,3次/d,饭前口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面、胃泌素、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率93.55%。对照组显效18例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。胃泌素两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]乌贝散联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]Concept Cha Wubei powder combined effect of triple therapy of gastric ulcer. [Methods]Uses random parallel control method, 62 cases of hospitalized patients simply by flipping a coin law randomized into two groups. 31 cases in the control group pantoprazole, 40mg/times, 2 times/d; clarithromycin, 0.25g/times, 2 times/d; amoxicillin, 0.5g/times, 2 times/d. Treated 31 cases of Wu Bei San（Sanqifen 150 g, Wuzeigu 1000 g, Yanhusuo 300 g, Zhebeimu 500 g, Sharen 300 g, Muxiang,Kufan each 500g）, flour, divided 6g/bag, 6g/times, 3 times/d, orally before meals; Western medicine with the control group. 14 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, endoscopy, ulcers, gastrin, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group 24 cases, 4 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency 90.32%. The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 80.64%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Gastrin improvement in both groups（P〈0.01）, to improve the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Recurrence rate in treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Hoube powder combined triple therapy ulcer results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
