穴位埋线联合西药治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Catgut Embedding Therapy combined with Western Uplift Erosive Gastritis Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察穴位埋线联合西药治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将40例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组20例雷贝拉唑，20mg／次，2次／d；阿莫西林，1g/次，2次／d；替硝唑，1g/次，2次／d。治疗组20例穴位埋线：取穴中肮、足三里、睥俞、胃俞、大肠腧、肝腧；消毒，取4／0可吸收羊肠线1．5-2cm反向穿入12号注射针头，将带线针头刺入腧穴，得气后，取7号腰穿针从带线针栓处插入将羊肠线送入腧穴后拔针，创可贴外敷；西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Hp消除率、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例，显效2例，有效2例，无效1例，总有效率95．00％。对照组痊愈7例，显效3例，有效3例，无效7例，总有效率65．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。Hp清除率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。[结论]穴位埋线联合西药治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

[Results] The cure 15 cases, 2 cases markedly effective in 2case, 1cases, the total efficiency of 95.00%. The control group recovered 7 cases, 3 cases were markedly effective in 3 cases,7 cases, the total efficiency of 65.00%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Hp clearance rate was no significant difference（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Catgut embedding therapy combined with western uplift erosive gastritis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
