补阳还五汤联合降糖治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

Buyang Huanwu Soup and Hypoglycemic Treatment Diabetic Nephropathy Homocysteine Effect of random Parallel Control

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合降糖治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组,糖尿病饮食、运动及口服降糖药、胰岛素。对照15例叶酸片5mg/次,3次/d;甲钴胺500g/次,3次/d;降糖治疗。治疗组15例补阳还五汤(生黄芪30g,当归、赤芍、地龙、川芎各15g,桃仁、红花各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服;降糖治疗。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标(Hcy、尿白蛋白)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈0例,显效2例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈0例,显效3例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生化指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合降糖治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Buyang Huanwu Soup treatment diabetic nephropathyhomocysteine. [Method]The use of random parallel control method,30 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to the order of the number of simple random divided into two groups.In 15 cases of the control YesuanPian 5mg/times,3 times/d;Mecobalamin 500g/times,3 times/d;hypoglycemic treatment.The treatment group of 15 cases positive also five soup（Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Rubra 30g,angelica,chuanxiong,peach kernel,earthworm,15g,safflower each 10g）,1/d 200mL agent,water decoction,morning and evening clothes;hypoglycemic treatment.Continuous treatment for 8 weeks for 1 courses of treatment.The clinical symptoms,biochemical indicators observed（Hcy,urine albumiu）,adverse reaction. 1 course of treatment,treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 0 cases were cured,2 cases markedly effective,effective 12 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group 0 cases were cured,3 cases markedly effective,effective 6 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 60%.The curative effect of treatment group wasbetter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Biochemical indexes of two groups were all improved （P 〈 0.05）,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Buyang Huanwu Soup and hypoglycemic treatment diabetic nephropathy homocysteine,satisfaction, no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
