消刺止痛汤内服联合熏洗与推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

Remove the Bur Zhitong Decoction Orally combined with Fumigating and Washing and Massage for the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee A Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察中药内服联合外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组36例常规治疗。治疗组36例中药内服:消刺止痛汤,枸杞20g,鸡血藤15g,当归、黄芪、牛膝各20g,川穹15g,针对不同情况,添加蜈蚣、姜黄等,1剂/d,水煎000m L,早晚温服;中药熏洗:牛膝、川乌、白芷、防风、当归、红花等;推拿:指压弹拨、点穴拨筋、滚动推压等。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、膝关节疼痛、膝关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效7例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。对照组痊愈16例,显效6例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率86.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药内服联合外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect of oral combined with external treatment on patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 72 hospitalized patients according to treatment sequence number method of simple random divided into two groups. 36 cases of the control group conventional treatment.The treatment group of 36 cases of oral Chinese medicine： remove the bur Zhitong decoction, Chinese wolfberry 20g, subereet spatholobus stem 15g, angelica, astragalus, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae 20g respectively, Chuan Qiong 15g, aimed at different situation, add centipede, Jiang Huang, 1, agent /d, Decoction O00mL, morning and evening clothes; herbal fumigation： Achyranthes root, Sichuan aconite root, dahurian angelica root, ledebouriella root, Chinese angelica root and safflower; Massage： massage and aeu point poking ribs plucked, rolling and pressing etc.continuous.Treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, knee pain, knee function, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 3 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 20 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 97.22%. The control group cured 16 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 86.11%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Chinese herbs combined with external treatment of knee osteoarthritis, no serious adverse reaction,is worth promoting.
