摘要
目的:分析嘉定区居民两周患病和慢性病患病情况,了解居民卫生服务需要,为卫生服务决策提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对居民进行入户问卷调查。结果:居民两周患病率为49.67%,慢性病患病率为38.84%,年龄越大患病率越高。两周患病和慢性病患病前三位疾病均为:高血压、糖尿病、脑血管病。结论:嘉定区居民卫生服务需要量较大,慢性病已经成为威胁居民健康的主要问题,满足慢性病防治需求的卫生服务体系建设迫在眉睫。
Objective To learn about the residents＇ health service needs in Jiading District of Shanghai for the purpose of providing references for the health policy making by analyzing the two-week prevalence and morbidity of chronic diseases.Methods The method of stratified-cluster random sampling was used for the household survey on residents.Results The two-week prevalence among residents was 49.67%,and the chronic disease morbidity was 38.84%.With the increase of age,the prevalence rate was on the rise.Diseases occupying the first 3places both of two-week prevalence and chronic disease morbidity were hypertension,diabetes and cerebrovascular disease.ConclusionsThere is a greater need for health service among residents of Jiading District.Chronic diseases have become the main threat to residents＇ health,so it is urgent to construct health service system which meets the demand of chronic disease control and prevention.
