摘要
目的:了解嘉定区医务人员职业压力与执业环境,为改善医务人员管理、制定医疗卫生政策提供参考。方法:采用第五次国家卫生服务调查中的《医务人员调查表》,对嘉定区8家医疗卫生机构的140名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:嘉定区医务人员每周平均工作时间为45.09小时,每月平均值夜班次数为2.63次,不同学历、机构和专业医务人员每周工作时间和每月值夜班次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员对薪酬的满意度为26.43%;18.57%的医务人员工作积极性很高或较高;57.86%的医务人员认为当前医患关系很差或较差,24.29%的人曾受到过患者的辱骂。结论:嘉定区医务人员的工作负荷较重,薪酬相对较低,加上医患关系紧张等因素存在,在一定程度上影响了医务人员的工作积极性,"减负"和提高薪酬水平成为医务人员的普遍诉求。
Objective To explore the occupational stress and working environment of medical staff in Jiading District and to provide reference for improving the management of medical staff and making further health policies.Methods Medical staff questionnaire of the fifth national health service survey was used to investigate 140 medical workers from8 different medical institutions in Jiading.Results The average working time and night work times of medical workers were 45.09 hours per week and 2.63 times per month,respectively,which were of significant difference between different education levels,institutions and professionals(P0.05).26.43% of the medical workers were satisfied with their salary,and 18.57% had higher initiative to work.The proportion of interviewees who were not satisfied with the current doctor-patient relationship was 57.86%.In addition,24.29% had been abused by patients.Conclusions As for medical staff in Jiading District,the work load was heavy but the salary was relatively low,which,together with the bad doctor-patient relationship,influenced the initiative of the medical staff to work.To relieve the work load to some extent and to raise salary became the general appeal of medical workers.
