摘要
通过对我国50百分位成年男性志愿者的胸腹部进行层间距为0.625mm的CT扫描及1.5mm层厚的MRI磁共振扫描,将以DICOM格式存储的扫描数据导入医学影响处理软件Mimics中,通过阈值分割,提取骨骼、内脏等在扫描图像中的不同灰度值用于三维CAD几何建模,为人体数值模型的建立提供基础性数据。
This paper provides basic data for human body numerical modeling by conducting CT scan with 0.625mm interlayer spacing and MRI scan with 1.5mm layer thickness for the thorax and abdomen of a volunteer of 50 percentile Chinese adult male, saves the slicing images in DICOM form into the medical image processing software named Mimics, and extracts the different gray values of the bone and internal organs in scan images and uses them in 3D CAD geometry modeling through threshold segmentation, providing basic data for the establishment of human body numerical model.
