摘要
环境绩效评价是组织实现良好环境管理工作的重要手段之一,也是组织对内对外沟通环境绩效的重要工具。ISO 14031:2013《环境管理环境绩效评价指南》提出了一套环境绩效评价指标的集合,GRI可持续发展报告指南同样提供了一整套有关环境类别的可持续发展绩效评价指标。本文将重点分析上述两项国际标准中组织环境绩效评价指标及其它们之间的联系,以求为我国行业、企业选取科学合理的环境绩效评价指标,开展有效的环境绩效评价工作并支撑企业的可持续发展报告提供参考。
Environmental Performance Evaluation （EPE） is one of the important measures for organizations to achieve good environmental management and also an effective tool to communicate the environmental performance internally or externally. ISO 14031：2013, Environmental Performance Evaluation Guidelines and the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines provide a full set of EPE indicators for us. This paper elaborates and analyzes the relations between them to conduct the scientific and reasonable selection of EPE indicators for industry and organizations to implement the effective EPE and support the sustainable development.
