Tespa1基因在慢性荨麻疹患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达水平及与病情相关性分析

Correlations between the Expression of Tespa1 and the Development of Chronic Urticaria

目的探讨慢性荨麻疹患者外周血单个核细胞中Tespa1基因的表达水平及其与患者发病程度的相关性。方法慢性荨麻疹患者52例,健康人对照20例,用实时荧光定量PCR检测研究对象外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中Tespa1 mRNA的表达水平,分析Tespa1基因表达水平与慢性荨麻疹病情严重程度的相关性。结果慢性荨麻疹患者外周血中Tespa1基因的表达量明显低于正常人对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时Tespa1基因的表达与患者发病严重程度具有负相关性(P<0.001),而与外周血中Ig E抗体的水平并没有相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Tespa1分子可能在慢性荨麻疹的发生中发挥一定的作用。

Objective To investigate the correlations between the expression of Tespal and the development of chronic urticaria （CU）. Methods Venous blood samples were collected from 52 patients with CU and 20 healthy human controls. Fluorescence-based real-time quantitative PCR was performed to determine the expression of Tespal in PBMCs from these subjects. Results The expression of Tespal in the patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy control （ P 〈 0.01 ） and negative correlation with the urticaria activity score （P 〈0. 001 ）. However there was no significant correlation between the expression levels of Tespal and the serum levels of IgE （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of Tespal are reduced in PBMCs of patients with chronic urticaria, and negative correlated with the severity of urticaria.
