304nm高能紫外线联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃42例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 42 Cases of Patients with Alopecia Areata Treated by 304nm High Energy Ultraviolet Light Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets

目的评价304nm中波高能紫外线联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的84例斑秃患者随机分为两组,各42例。全部患者予304nm中波高能紫外线照射,2次/周,治疗组还予口服复方甘草酸苷片50mg,对照组还予口服胱氨酸片100mg,均为3次/d,治疗8周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为73.81%,对照组有效率为52.38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二者均无严重的不良反应。结论 304nm中波高能紫外线联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃疗效好,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of patients with alopecia areata treated by 304nm high energy ultraviolet light combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Methods The total of 84 cases of patients with alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly, with 42 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with 304nm high energy ultraviolet light, 2 times per week, in addition, patients in treatment group were given glycyrrhizin tablets 50mg for oral administration, three times per day; the patients in con- trol group were given cysteine tablets lO0mg with the same usage as in treatment group. Results The effec- tive rate of treatment group was 73.81%, while 52. 38% in control group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion There are better effects and no obvious adverse reactions of 304nm high energy ultraviolet light combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in treatment of alopecia areata.
