摘要 特应性皮炎为皮肤科常见慢性难治性皮肤疾患,严重危害患者及家庭生活,通过使用半抗原诱导特应性皮炎小鼠模型探讨其发病机制或研发新的药物具有重要意义。 Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic refractory dermatological skin disorders. It affects the life of the patients and family seriously. It is important to use the hapten-induced atopic dermatitis murine model to inves- tigate the pathogenesis or development of new drugs.
