氨酚羟考酮联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛39例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Oxycodone & Acetaminophen Combined with Extract from Rabbit Skin Inflamed by Vaccinia Virus in the Treatment of 39 Cases of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察氨酚羟考酮联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的79例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例,予氨酚羟考酮片0.33g口服(3次/d),同时予牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物针剂3.6U肌注(1次/d);对照组40例,予布洛芬胶囊0.3g口服(2次/d),并每天肌肉注射Vit Bl200mg和腺苷钴胺1.5mg各1次。结果治疗14d后,治疗组有效率为84.62%,对照组为65.00%,且两组患者的VAS评分和威斯康星简要疼痛目录评分各项评价指标均较治疗前有明显下降,治疗组的VAS评分也优于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.10)。结论氨酚羟考酮联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To observate the efficacy and security of Oxycodone ＆ Acetaminophen combined with Extract from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Seventy- nine patients with PHN were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group （39 cases） was treated with Oxycodone ＆ Acetaminophen 0. 33g orally（ three times a day） and 3. 6U of Extract from rabbit skin in- flamed by vaccinia virus by intramuscular injection （once a day） ;the control group （40 eases）was treated with 0. 3g of Ibuprofen orally （twice a day）, 200mg of VitB~ ＆ 1.5mg of Cobamamide were injected by mus- cle once a day. Results At the 14th day of the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 84. 62%, the effective rate of the control group was 65.00%, and the VAS and Wisconsin brief pain inven- tory were declined obviously along with the treatment, the VAS of treatment group was superior to the control group also, there were statistical differences all of above （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistical discrepancy between the two groups in adverse reaction（ P 〉 O. 10）. Conclusion It is safe and effective for Oxycedone ＆ Aceta minophen combined with Extract from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
