摘要
基于专利数据对全球透明质酸专利的技术生命周期、国家和机构竞争关系、核心专利及热点领域等进行全面分析。分析结果表明,目前透明质酸专利相关技术的应用已进入成熟阶段,绝大多数核心专利集中在美国、日本和欧洲企业,应用方面涉及临床、医药、化妆品、食品等领域,中国虽然在专利数量上有一定优势,但缺少核心专利,市场竞争能力弱。希望通过透明质酸相关专利的分析能够为企业的研发和发展战略提供支持,为投资者决策提供参考。
Based on global patent data,in this paper we analyzed the technology life cycle,competitive relations of countries and organizations,core patents,and hot fields of hyaluronic acid in the world. The analysis shows that hyaluronic acid patent technologies have entered mature stage,most of core patents have been concentrated in companies of the US,Japan and Europe. The main application fields include clinic,medicine,cosmetics and food. Although China has a large number of relative patents,but most of them are not core patents,and have less competitive advantage. Therefore,this study attempts to provide references for RD direction,development strategy and investment decision of relative companies in China,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the technology competition of hyaluronic acid.
