摘要 煤炭堆积在封闭式圆筒储煤仓内,容易发生自燃现象,造成巨大的损失。通过煤炭自燃事件及特点进行了分析,介绍了监控圆筒储煤仓内部温度的几种方法并分别进行对比。介绍了大尺寸新型连续热电偶,就连续热电偶实时测温系统在圆筒储煤仓的应用方案进行了详细的阐述,其系统简单方便,监测范围较传统的监测方法更为全面,并能实现实时监测监控区域的热点温度,适用于圆筒储煤仓内部温度监测的应用场合。 It's very possible to self-ignite as coals stored in enclosed silos, which would lead to huge economic loss. The characteristics of spontaneous combustion are analyzed in this paper. Several methods for monitoring internal temperatures of coal silos are introduced respectively and compared with the others. A new type of large-size continuous thermocouple is elaborated. The application of the therrnocouple system in coal silos is presented .The system is simple and convenient, and has wider temperature monitoring scope than those by traditional methods. By this way, the hotspot temperature could be monitored in real time, so it is suitable for the application in monitoring the inner temperatures of coal silos.
